I got on Yelp and found Lemon Bay Animal Hospital got great reviews so I went here. They took great care of my Doggies. Amara gets arthritis shots and during our walks I could tell she was due for another one. I called the vet and let them know that we just moved here and they got her in as soon as possible to get an exam so she could get her shot . Amara also had a lump on her head that was getting bigger and bigger, and they removed it along with another little lump. They've treated my Doggies great and are very welcoming to me and every time I enter the door. They are also very cost-effective which signals to me they care about animals health first and money second. This is important to me when choosing a Vet I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a local vet in the area to come to Lemon Bay Animal Hospital.!

While he fought to get his building repaired for a couple of years. His pricing was much less than other veterinarians but the care and concern was hands down amazing. I know dogs can get stressed in a kennel situation. I used to work in a kennel in different veterinary location. I asked for my pup to be checked by a vet before I took her home. He said lungs and heart sound fine. She passed away at home less than 48 hours later. If I could see her stumbling around the office, everyone else had to notice this too. I really like the vet techs and the staff up front. I am not quite sure about the vet that checked her before we left or the kennel folks.

I would use caution bringing your pet to Sunnybrook Animal Hospital. The first time we brought our…read morecat there for a checkup and annual shots, he became very ill the next day. He picked up a virus from the room he was in as they do not take the care of time to disinfect after other animals are in there. After telling them this ( he had to go back because he was so sick ) they of course said that wasn't possible. It was possible and he was sick from the unsanitary conditions. $300 later we were on our way. Recently we were told to bring him in for a 930am appointemnt, only to be told he needs to be dropped off and picked up later. This was never discussed. They claim they told us, they did not. Sunnybrook Animal Hospital wanted no responsiblity. We waited for an hour with nobody checking on us, or giving us an update as to when the doctor will arrive. More than an hour later we left, no doctor in site. In fact, nobody at the front desk either. Nobody in site, anywhere. So we left and will not return. Customer service means nothing to them. I cannot stress enough to avoid this office and go elsewhere. Greg B.
