To give some background, I'm a male, 21 year old traveler from New York. I opted for the hot stone massage which was absolutely delightful. It's extremely hard to compare to anything else, but it's a warm, relaxing experience for your whole body.
I showed up a little bit before my massage to use the facilities, which are absolutely excellent. They have a sauna, a steam room, a cold bath, a pool, a hot tub/jacuzzi, a gym, showers, and a changing room. Everything feels very clean, high quality, and new.
If you're in Oslo and have a day to spend to yourself, I highly recommend Artesia.
