Went in a couple weeks to order a book. Girl told me it would be in friday or at the very latest,…read moreMonday. I received no calls about it. I call Wednesday because I've received no communication about it. Was told it would be in Friday. Friday comes and goes with no call. Saturday i called, finally spoke to a guy named Kevin. He refunds me for it. Today at 8 am i get a call from them telling me its now in. Apparently the owner/manager doesn't speak to his employees about it. She tells me are you sure its refunded i tell her to have the owner/manager call me. I might have uttered a bad word because i was frustrated. I hang up. Two hours later i'm on the phone trying to get services set up for my disabled son when they were calling me again. I apologized to kevin for the bad word. Instead of accepting said apology i get raked over the coals over it. Keeps telling me about it. Sir, you are not my parent and you need to learn forgiveness. Even Jesus learned how to forgive. Kevin should try forgiveness. It might do wonders for his business, especially when amazon sells the same books he does for half the price. Amazon doesn't care if i say a bad word.

Number 1 reason why, in spite of all the refurbishing of Downtown, with businesses such as this "Christian" store, Lake Wales Downtown will continue to be a dump.
