We found deliciously cut watermelon in a single serving size and a yogurt parfait, which were both ideal on a hot day and something light before running. At one point, we were in the mood for a smoothie, and one of the employees pointed us in the right direction and recommended the organic vital berry smoothie. Not something I would have picked on my own, but it ended up being exactly what we needed in the heat. We also came across cinnamon bears, which instantly took me back since they were one of my childhood favorites, so of course, those made it into the basket too. Oh, and if you love beef jerky as I do, I have to mention the beef jerky selection because it was actually impressive. My favorite is EPIC, which can be hard to find, and they had a whole end cap full of jerky, and lo and behold, they had EPIC. That alone felt like a score. Checkout was super easy. I went straight to self-checkout, no line, and we were in and out quickly and able to get back to the track meet right on time. Helpful tip: If you're in a rush, head to the grab-and-go section and check the end caps. That's where I found some of the best stuff without having to search the whole store. It was one of those quick stops that just worked, especially on a busy day when you need something fresh, easy, and fast.
