From the beginning smiles and introductions to the very end of this experience, I felt so welcome by her grace and wisdom. Learning about the culture through food, in my opinion, is one of the best ways to learn about the area, and its history. We strolled through the morning farmers market where the vendors made it easy for us to all taste and enjoy the various offerings. We shopped for most of the food we would make in her home kitchen! Her husband made us all feel very welcome too. We divided into pairs to make some of the dishes which were easily explained yet not too complicated. The lunch we prepared was so delicious. I will let her surprise you with your menu! The follow up is to receive the recipes that I will prepare again! I highly recommend this experience for all ages We are never too young or old to learn something new. Thank you Sybille for this special experience in your kitchen!
