Dean Park Motors fixed my sump problem, my poor car was peeing oil everywhere! Craig, the owner of…read morethe garage, was brilliant. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and quoted me a price that included no hidden extras, what he quoted was what I paid. As a woman I'm always wary of garages (I know nothing about cars) but Craig was great, he took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel stupid and my lovely wee car was ready in no time. I will be going back to this garage and can heartily recommend them.

I chose Meadowfield due to the offer of bonus Tesco points , however now that I have had experience of service from this family run business, I would most certainly not hesitate to use them in the future. The initial online booking was a very smooth, informative process with clear instructions and advice given. I was given a time to take my vehicle into the garage, and on doing so I was immediately attended to by a polite, courteous mechanic and was offered either to wait for the tyres to be replaced or to come back within a short time. I chose the first and sat in their bright, little cabin while the job was carried out. Every now and again someone popped in, always with a friendly smile. After about 40 mins, another friendly face came in to tell me the job was finished and I was ready to go - not only new tyres fitted but also 'perfectly balanced' after I may have 'set them off a bit' , probably hit a kerb or something!! Excellent customer service, time slot quoted was actual time of appointment-fantastic, 5 star plus in all areas. Thank you Meadowfield, one very satisfied customer here. Mrs Martin

A quick phone call books my car in usually within 2 days, I get a call if any major work needs done and then another call when it's ready to pick up. They euxplained what needs fixed, how much it would cost and how long it would take clearly and so that I understood everything. The only minor thing that was a bit annoying the first time, is that if it's something minor like a tire needing replacing then they'll just do it and not call you but once you know it's fine.
