It was a busy night when we dined in but we were accommodated by friendly staff and environment. Our food were made correctly and tasty. I ordered a medium cheese pizza to pick up last night. We we're so hungry and couldn't wait to tie into it when we got back to our hotel room. It didn't take us long to question what was on our pizza. Under the cheese was something crunchy and realized there was a bunch of onion on it. Gross. Even when I lifted the cheese up and wiped the sauce and onion layer off it still tasted terrible. Needless to say we choked down the piece and went to buy other food at a different location. Such an expensive supper as we threw out our $23 pizza and had to purchase other food. So disappointing Boston Pizza. Was this a prank? Thank goodness we didn't have an onion allergy. Unfortunately I cannot speak specifically to the restaurant as I only received take out from this location. I had the pleasure of eating food from this BP's yesterday and it was very good. The pizza was as I had expected with a variety of options, including my favourite perogy pizza! We were also served wings and cactus cut potatoes with our pizza. I enjoyed all of the food but would have appreciated spicier hot wings. Also I think there may be a better way of transporting the potatoes so that they don't become so soggy (perhaps a vent?). All in all, quite good take out with the quality you would expect from BP's. If you need to feed a lot of people, grab some BP's and drive out to location (and heat it back up in the microwave/oven). read more

If you absolutely have to go here have something that is very easy to make otherwise it will get messed up. I'm not even talking wings or burgers, they can't get that right. Order pasta with the standard sauce and don't make any changes and additions and it's 50/50 that they get it right (or that's hot). On the upside it's open late and is clean. read more

The menu has gone downhill from what it used to be. Most of the dishes people loved (like the pasta and entrees) are gone and replaced with crazy food blogger like stuff. I had the ribs. They showed up barely warm and the gravy for the fries was like yogurt it was so thick. $40 for tiny rack of ribs and a beer. Not good value. Our waitress was totally disinterested in our table so she was tipped accordingly. The pizza we got delivered the day before arrived all smashed to one side of the box. But it was tasty nonetheless. BP's is your typical franchise restaurant but this one in particular is especially bad and I recommend that you avoid it. The food is criminally overpriced (a starter caesar salad goes for $9.79 these days) and hit and miss on quality control compared to other BP's that I have been to. I'm not sure who is running the kitchen but they should seriously consider trying a new vocation. I felt especially bad for our poor server when we had a meeting in the lounge. Nearly every table in the place was full and she was all by herself while one of the managers was playing on her phone. Needless to say, it took way too long to get any service. Wainwright is a small place, but there are certainly a couple of better places to go for having a cheaper and higher quality meal with much better service than this particular BP's. read more

My family was charged $86.36 for 2 medium pizzas (takeaway) including an insane charge of $40 worth of extra toppings added to a disgusting pizza we didn't order! The manager refused to refund the price of the ruined pizza let alone the ruined dinner. This is expensive mediocre pizza to begin with, leave and go somewhere else fast! read more

the boston pizza in wainwright is certainly better than the one in lloydminster. the food from this one was always hot. staff is awesome. a place you wouldn't want to visit if you're eating on a tight budget, but good none-the-less. read more
