Best service in Peace River, excellent food and great ambience. My go to when I'm hungry

A BP is a BP is a BP! This one had a strangle hold on Peace. Meaning there isn't much there to challenge it. But the food is good, the service was fairly quick and friendly. Having 2 doors threw me off but whatever that is what it is. The parking is less than ideal. BP is a staple in every small town / city I go to and this is just another one. Nothing amazing BUT a reliable, tasty place to eat. read more

To start I will quantify this by saying I come from a family of service industry professionals.... The service we received on Feb 1,2015 was by far the worst service I have ever experienced in a bar. This is not a euphemism. This is my first Yelp Review the service was this bad After waiting 5-10 mins at our table with no sign of our waitress I went to the bar where I overheard a staff member - who was engrossed with the TV - comment that she was happy they were being paid for watching whatever was on TV. she then looked at me and said 'what!?!?'.....this was our waitress Noelle. I ordered a couple beer then and there and she delivered them with 5 mins. Great. She took our orders at this time as we we're only ordering hot wings to start. I asked to keep my menu for future food. Food was delivered by another waitress 10 minutes later. 25 minutes later out waitress had not returned to check on us so I went to her and ordered double the drinks in hopes that she would get the hint...nope.. She brought our drinks and left the empties for approx. 15-20 mins....only clearing them when we asked for the bill. We mentioned to the manager that our service had been terrible and offered the cooks a $20 tip because we would not be tipping our waitress. Upon paying our bill the waitress proceeded to tell me I was not welcome back at her tables and that she had so many positive reviews that my negative one would have no affect on her.....and that we were the unreasonable party for having no patience while she was watching TV. Lol Noelle, you have no idea what good service is. It makes me happy that you could be this clueless.... I hope you never breed. read more

Boston Pizza - Had to go find waitress for each order of drinks....did not clear first bottles until 55mins after being seated. - Pizza Near Me - Peace River, Alberta

Wasn't too bad a few years ago, but the service, quality and portions are slowly getting slower, worse and smaller as time goes on. Not worth the money, some people are fans of the bar, but just as a restaurant it isn't very good. read more

If everything is closed than this is the place to go, but i highly recommend making sure everything is closed! i was in Peace River for 3 weeks and there are only a few spots to eat in that little town and Boston pizza is one of them. The first time i went was for lunch and it was decent enough to make me go back again for dinner.... Bad idea, maybe it was a whole different staff or cook but it was night and day with the food. Overall i will only be eating here if everything in the town is closed!! read more

Tried to order food for delivery a couple of times when here working. And been told no delivery and usually have to wait on the phone for 5 min. I'd would pick somewhere else that will deliver specially after working a long day. read more

While visiting Peace River the only restaurant open on Thanksgiving Monday was BP's and we had no choice but to eat here. We ordered the food to go. The burger was over cooked and dry. They forgot to give us the two salads we ordered and when we went back to get them there was no real apology. One of the salads had some dirty romaine lettuce. The rest of the food was just average. The service was below average. For the price one would expect decent food and service but we were disappointed. We would not have gone here had any other local restaurant been open and I regret eating here even though there was no other choice. read more

Placed an order for take out. 2 pizzas. The supreme was not fully cooked and trying to finish cooking it at home failed. I called and they are giving us a credit for it... I won't order pizza though. The crust isn't typical BP style. The other pie was ok, just not BP that we know and love. NO parking close to the restaurant either... read more

Has really improved lately! Definitely taking time to perfect food and last 5 or so times, it's been great!

Close to the worst service. I don't write reviews but I downloaded this app just to say that. 3 servers standing 5 feet away from the table I sat at - just visiting. I was the only one in the lounge. I finally got up and reached through them to get a menu. They said my server will be right with me and moved to the other end of the bar to continue visiting. I had an appointment so didn't have time to order anything but cheese toast when she finally came 20 minutes later. read more

Boston Pizza is good for what it is. Quick and greasy family dining. They get a bit crowded here at dinner time, but the food quality is generally alright. read more
