I love this place. Cannot beat a good fishbowl on Friday. Or some half priced nachos and rum and cokes on a hungover Sunday. All meat bites are DEADLY. Servers are funny and awesome. Another great location in Okotoks. What I love about this location is that it is never swamped! No wait times. Always able to get a booth (which I love) and the food is as great as ther service. The hostess' to waitress' are fantastic. Professional, courteous, pleasant and always providing quick and frequent service. Nothing beats their Parmesean Chicken or their 'ol fashion homestyle Lasagna. If you're in Okotoks and craving some good, classy, traditional italian food - hit up the BP's. Great Service. The Okotoks version of BP's is the same as the rest of the chain. Generally I enjoy the food and never have too much to complain about. A few times over the last couple of years I have had problems with the staff either serving me an incorrect dish or serving it to me cold so I cannot rate this very highly. The price is comparable to all other BP's but I would not go to this place if you are in a rush or get very upset when your order gets messed up. read more

My family loves the pasta and especially the spaghetti from here. Not a huge fan of the menu change (as we lost some favourites) but I may just be stuck in a rut here. The staff is friendly and courteous and I feel this place helps support local youth with essential employment. read more

This is the third time we have been at this BPs and it is the third time we have been severely disappointed. If I could give a rating of 0/5 stars I would. The service was slow, my children received their meals on time, but the waiter missed adding my meal to the tab, then the kitchen staff dropped it prior to me getting it. I was not informed of this until I finally got the now scarce waiter to find out where it was. Another waiter came to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks, took our glasses when we said yes, and then NEVER returned. We did not see her for the remainder of our stay either. When my meal (baked taco beef penne) finally did come almost 20 minutes after my children were done, it is doubtful I could have eaten it. It was more like cold soup than pasta. We sent it back and then told the waiter why we were disappointed. His response was less than accommodating with a "oh sure". The Manager was very accommodating, though his excuses were profuse. All our meals were complimentary as a result, though I did not eat anything and was truly upset and angry. WE WILL NOT RETURN EVER! read more

Absolutely DISCUSTING service!!!!!! Not a place to go with toddlers. They bumped our seat for other customers without kids. Told us it would be a 10 minute wait. We waited while they seated 4 groups ahead of us and then announced it would be a long wait for our group before they could get us in. High chair was not availble but we had to ask why we couldn't be seated to get that explanation. Asked if they hadn't known that when we registered but not given any response. Went back and spoke to Tony Gray the owner to little effect. He said he would make sure we were looked after the next time we came in. No interest in our names or contact numbers. No contact information from him. Same high quality service and attitube as United Airlines. Boston Pizza franchise should be proud of this group. The waitress didn't exactly get my order right the first time and upon returning it, I didn't get it back for 30 minutes. I'm pretty certain my Caesar salad was dressed with mayonnaise instead of Caesar dressing, and it was caked in it. I didn't even get any sort of compensation for the mistakes, especially considering that my family had their meals entirely eaten when I got my entré back. read more

Every time we order from BP we think this time it will be different. The food is meh, mediocre. Bland and not that tasty, as well as a tad overpriced. We keep giving it chances but after our 5th time ordering I think it's time we give up. This last order was Ribs and they were dry and cold hardly any meat on them. The Caesar salad consisted of lettuce a few croutons and I hope that was a few shreds of parm. cheese. I will give them a thumbs up on the cactus cut fries, but don't order them for delivery they arrived very soggy. We gave this place too many chances that was our last time.
