We couldn't reserve a spot because of parties, but we really didn't have that long to wait. There are plenty of games to occupy you. Next time I need a kids party venue, I'll look into this- the prices are super affordable. The staff was awesome. Seriously, so helpful and friendly and organized. They run the place easily. The 'course' or whatever you call it was really cool. Lots of ramps and hiding spaces and plenty of room for 30 ish people at a time. Very safe and easy to understand and a ton of fun. My main concerns going in- *Can the harness accommodate larger adults? YES! Several of our guests are plus sized and they had no problem strapping the vest on. * can my 5 yr old niece play? YES! She was too small for a vest, but they gave her a gun and kid had a blast! (See what I did there?) Highly recommended. Great times

Don't bother going here, they have no respect for people's time…read more On Sunday, October 23, my girlfriend and I went to Airport Go-Karts because it was a really nice day and I had a Groupon. Since we were coming from Chagrin Falls, I double-checked their Web site, Google Maps, and called to make sure they'd be open. Their site appears to have zero information about when they're open. Google Maps shows they're currently open Thursday through Sunday. When I called there was a prerecorded message which included days and hours of operation. Guess what? We wasted about an hour of our time and two gallons of gas. We made the trip only to find Airport Go-Karts completely closed for the season. In fact, the large sign on the side of the road said the last day of the season was September 25th. So this place has been closed for almost an entire month but hasn't bothered to update its hours on its phone recording or Google Maps (and probably other spots as well). Two other cars showed up shortly after we got there. I talked to someone who got out to look at the hours and he had no idea they were closed either; he hadn't even noticed the message on the road sign. In fact, the sign on the entrance still listed days and times the they're open, there was no mention of being closed for the season. On top of all of that, they still have offers available on Groupon (which will likely expire before they reopen). What a joke. I won't won't waste more of my time trying to go to Airport Go-Karts again in the future.

After being told my 9 year old was tall enough to ride by herself we get to the front to be told that she isn't. Nice communication between staff members!!(sarcasm) so I had to wait with her and our other 2 while my husband went around with another one of our children. When we finally made it to the front (again)They refused to let me pull my friends from the back of line to ride with my other children so we could all get a turn. They refused to let my husband do a couple laps with our other kids. Instead the only response we got was, you have to wait in line. Another 2 hours??? Are you kidding me?? This is my first and last time I will EVER come to this place. There is no short line time, and we had to wait longer for the double go karts all to be told 3 were down so we had to go to the back of the line to start all over. HORRIBLE experience. Wouldn't recommend my enemy to this place.

Thankfully he enjoyed himself and that's what mattered most to me. However, whoever the person is attending the actual park, not sure if she is security or what, she said my son was "trying to get away from me" and blew a whistle at me for jumping with my son. I found she was extremely passive aggressive and I actually went to the bathroom to cry. I wasn't damaging equipment, my son (and I'm sure if you have cameras you can check) was begging my husband and I to come jump with him. This woman told me a story about how she jumped with her daughter and her daughter ended up breaking her leg, telling me how fragile kids are. I'm actually a teacher, so I work with kids 24/7 and am well aware of this. Told me "mom to mom" basically, she made me feel unwelcome to jump. After we just spent $50. After I came back from the bathroom, my husband at this point was going to have a word with the front desk. I noticed she was also singling out other people as well, as well as playing on her phone, sitting in massage chairs, and taking up benches. I'm going to say this as nicely as I can, but I almost wonder if she was targeting me because I'm a small woman and CAN jump with my son without injuring him. Am considering taking my son to another park after this day, as again that was terribly uncalled for in my opinion her approach. I understand if she had a safety concern, but if that was the case, I don't think any of that backhanded commentary was necessary.

Each game is 25 cents to $1 to play. A change machine is available. They do have a bat in the back serving alcohol and a small vending machine and snack bar as well. Drinks were cheap ($3) and I did not have any snacks. The 2 major discrepancies this place has is the change machine. No one wants to bulk around and get $20 worth of quarters. Other pinball bars offer a set price to pay to pay for the full day. That's something they should consider. The second Issue and maybe it was just last night is no air conditioning. The doors were open and they had fans but will all the sights and lights in the place if made it quite hot. They do have a few tables and chairs in the middle of you need to take a break. There are nearly 40 machines from all eras (the 1970s to the latest machines released in the last year). All are very well-maintained in a spacious environment (unlike cough, pins mechanical, cough). No cover charge; browse, drink (they just got their liquor license, I've yet to try); pay 25 cents - $1 for each play. change machines are on site (bring cash). Staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about pinball. If you're looking to practice in pinball or want to let the kiddos run amok amongst the machines, the $ can add up quick since you're paying per play. In that case, your wallet may encourage you to check out super electric in Gordon Square or kidforce in Berea where you can pay 1 flat fee to play as much pinball as you want all day. that said, Pinball Planet fills a clear void where you're looking for pinball and want to do something different. Pairs up nicely with East Coast Custard across the street for a date night. TIP: it can be very crowded when they're hosting tournaments and leagues.
