I enjoy my classes here soooo much. What a wonderful stress reliever, and if you're interested at…read moreall in pole dancing or aerial silks, give it a try. Membership prices are fair! Four stars instead of 5, only because I believe they need to add more classes for people with busy schedules. Also, would be great if they offered a child's aerial silks class.

So, I chose this place as it is the only one near me. Rate is 25$ a class for pole dancing. This is…read moreabout the same price you can practically pay anywhere else. However, classes should be priced a little lower due to the fact that you more than likely share a pole with other girls, the instructors to intro to pole and beginners are NOT professional (or seem to have the knowledge of) pole dancers. I have been to a location in another state and we were taught NOT to do certain things the way you are taught here due to possibly injuring yourself. Most things that should be corrected are said 'whatever is comfortable to you' Your classes can be cancelled at any given time to fit their (instructors) schedule. Majority of the time, the classes (beginners) are booked and you are often told to still show up Incase some people don't show. There are times where people will be on a couch waiting and you feel uncomfortable as if you're being watched. There is no a/c in the warehouse so the door would have to be open if you want cool air. Luckily, it's behind the winco. I give this place a 2. The woman Shallan is the owner and very sweet. However, I feel her students take advantage of her position and authority. Shallan and the instructors are the reason why this place gets three stars. Even though they have all these cons, they have pretty good customer service, keep a smile on their face, motivating and their restroom is always clean. I personally feel that It's not fair if you pay a monthly membership at an unchanged rate and the chances of you getting a full work out is 50/50 due to their class of 2 to a pole. I am not sure if I will be renewing my membership here

Rose Yoga is the best. I always look for an Iyengar studio, and it's always the same: precise…read moreinstructions from generous, eagle-eyed instructors who look out for each student's well-being while encouraging self-knowledge and self-care. Janet provides all this in spades, but there's so much more here. It's amazing how she can work with a room of students at all levels and ages. (There are classes at many levels, but students often come to lower levels than you'd expect, as there are only one or two classes most days.) Janet's self-depreciating humor makes me feel at home, and helps produce a much, much deeper sense of community than I've experienced anywhere else. (I studied--and loved--yoga for years at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Los Angeles, and for months at a time in Iyengar studios in Moscow and St. Petersburg.)

I love the iyengar lineage and I've had quite a few years of practicing yoga consistently in many different regions. Being so small of a space, and in a small town, I thought they would be nice and a great place to practice. However, I was called out many times during my classes for my age and my practice being 'sloppy'. I was snapped at and I felt really ashamed and embarrassed when I left both times...(I tried it twice in case it was just me) which in case you were wondering is NOT how a yoga practice should leave you feeling. Both of the classes I tried were an average older students..i asked about that and I was told the 'college kids' go to the 'other studio'...I mean. Goodness. I know this town has a pretentious spirituality side, but I was sad to run into it here. I had high hopes for authenticity, kindness and quality instruction and they weren't met. Especially for the prices they charge for such a humble and ancient spiritual practice. Go elsewhere.
