Located just across from busy Camberwell station, Firechief gets some serious competition in the gourmet pizza stakes in the form of the relatively new Boss Pizzeria.
Where is can't compete is in size - Boss is teeny tiny - literally carved its space out of a corner of the huge Antique building it resides in - but therein lies the charm. Only a handful of people can fit inside, with the bulk of patrons housed on the outside tables - so be sure to get down and try Boss while the sun is out shining as you'll likely be outside. The guys running the place couldn't have been nicer too.
***update April 2015: they no longer do BYO on Fri or Sat so don't do what I just did and buy a bunch of booze you can't bring in. They do sell beers and wine on those nights***
