I was subsequently recommended Computrix through a friend of mine who has used them on several occasions with highly positive feedback. Upon contacting Computrix, I was greeted by a delightful person by the name of Gurminder. He advised me to bring the laptop in with a 'no evaluation fee'. I took my laptop in the morning and recieved a phone call 3 hours later with an update on what the problem was, how much it was going to cost and how long it would take.
