Warm fois gras was amazing, though little too little of the main ingredient and too many fruits. Tuna steak was really good, though to be perfect, I would add more spicy sauce. Beef tartare was really good. Ceviche too much lemon marinated (almost no raw fish left) and little overwhelmed with onion. Pink Lobster dessert was absolutely great.

I started with the zucchini leek cream soup, and it was served in an adorable tureen (one that I really want to add to my at-home serviceware). The spaghetti carbonara was a perfect al dente, and the serving was not huge (thankfully, as I also ordered a pizza). I do wish that the wine had service between a glass and a bottle, as one glass is definitely not enough for a meal (I know - it is not standard to service a .5 ltr, but a girl could still dream). The pizza - I went with a capricciosa, because I love ham and mushrooms on a pizza, and it did not disappoint! Just enough of everything, and I had leftovers for later. So good!!! Highly recommend, especially on a summer Friday afternoon with live music in the plaza!

One of the soups tasted like just boiled beef stock without any seasoning. We ordered from their prefix menu and at like one out of the 5/6 dishes. And the other dish was literally a bowl of mayonnaise with ball of meat underneath. If these were actual dishes, I would say this is for sure just a place to sit after shopping downstairs or having a meeting without food. My drink was decent though. They have a solid bartender.

So this place just opened a little over a month ago and I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but I…read morecouldn't bring myself to do it and you'll see why. First off, the decor is worthy of 5 stars. Very modern and open sitting and kitchen space. It's located on the second floor with first floor patio seating outside. If you sit at the bar stools by the kitchen, you can see them cooking all of the steaks. They also have a separate bar area which is very modern. The staff were fairly attenttive. I was there when they weren't busy but it did take a few minutes for someone to see me and seat me. From there, I chose to sit at the bar stools by the kitchen and I was told I should order directly from the kitchen staff, but nobody offered to take my order. After about 15 minutes I flagged down the person who seated me and he was happy to take my order. Food took 15-20 minutes to come out and when I asked for my check, they were quick to bring it. Now on to the food and perhaps the main reason I'm giving them 4 stars. I ordered a 300g ribeye medium rare which came with a choice of a few sides so I chose the salad and grilled vegetables. As I mentioned, it came out relatively quickly and the steak looked good, but the rest left a little of an imagination. First off, you can have too many onions very easily and this place rested my steak on a bed of white onions that covered the whole plate. While they didn't appear to effect the taste of the steak too much, it was a turn off. Secondly, the grilled veggies consisted of a piece of corn on the cob, two slices of zuchini, and a piece of pepper. Not really much of a side, but it was included in the meal if you got a steak over 200g. The steak was seasoned relatively well, but it was mildly undercooked. I could have asked to have it cooked longer, but I was short on time and reheating a steak never makes it taste as great as it should. Overall, I wish this place luck and I know it will improve. I look forward to visiting again.

Not knowing this in advance, they were still serving lunch menu for 60 PLN Polish Zloty = about $16 USD. You get to select an appetizer and a main dish. What??? The portion isn't big but it was perfect for lunch. You can also upgrade to certain dishes for 15 PLN more. APETIZERS -Foie Gras pate, brioche, hazelnut, spatlese jelly. Well, we just had to have Foie Gras one more time before leaving Poland. With the hard bread (or over toasted bread) on the bottom, it was tricky to share it. The small bite I had was okay. I don't get the spatlese jelly. It taste like it has alcohol in it. -Sour rye soup, potato, bacon, sausage, egg, marjoram, horseradish. I didn't try this dish but my friend thought it was interesting. It's a creamy soup with lots of toppings. With the runny egg on top, it reminds me of ramen. -Beef tartare, lard, pickles, roasted buckwheat, horseradish, sherry. Interesting how the beef looks raw but doesn't taste raw. This was a good dish. MAIN DISH -Veal tenderloin, cabbage roll, millet, beetroot, pickled currant My friend was surprised that the veal was fried like a mozzarella stick. I never had veal served this way. It was good and sauce was awesome. -Cod skrei, mussels, pearl barley, scorzonera, cime di rapa The fish didn't taste fresh to me. The sides was not exciting or unique. It was average and not memorable. -Guinea Fowl, spicy sausage, potato dumplings, peas, morel sauce I didn't taste this or I can't remember what it taste like. I think my friend enjoyed it. The interior decor is very nice and comfortable with the eye catching wine glasses rack hanging from the ceiling. I will not want to be standing near this during an earthquake. Overall, we had a nice lunch after walking here from Nowy Swiat.
