The doctor would not even talk to me. left Lourdes, the name of the medicine that was prescribed by the hospital she said she would have the doctor write. The prescription was a little concerned when she didn't ask where it should be refilled at called several times. No one answers the phone. Finally got a hold of them and told me that the doctor does not write prescription that he doesn't prescribe now I find myself going back to the hospital because the pain is unbearable. Think I made a big mistake by choosing this doctor if you're in pain, find someone else.

They were completely clueless as to what shots a 5 year old is required to have for school. In addition. They had no idea how to use the Florida Shots computer system. They basically told me they could give my daughter immunizations but could not register them in the state program, meaning I could not get her school forms. When I brought up an existing medical condition my daughter had been experiencing for close to two years, the doctor referred me to the emergency room! For a non emergency condition which this child had been treated for previously! Not to mention sick children screaming, running around, banging on glass windows and spreading their germs every where. I will never return to any location of this insurance payment mill. Shame on them!

Staff was friendly as always. Language is a continuous problem here. I speak Spanish but only basic, not enough to talk about medical stuff:) I still wonder how they got through nursing not speaking English, I thought the license exam was in English... good the doctor present today spoke English at least and could translate for the nurse:) I was done with consultation at 12.35pm but only walked out at 1.22pm because I had to wait again for payment (only $25 you can't beat that!!) and prescriptions.
