Miss Hannah is the exact kind of person that you should have working in the front. She was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I went with an unorthodox choice that isn't the classic tire. They ordered the Coopers for me and I'm satisfied. I recommend Matlock for the whole experience. Form, function, fit, & feel. They make a fierce cup of coffee, too, which I really appreciated at 8am.
