We needed a 5 tables and 25 chairs delivered for a Memorial Day grad party we were hosting and were not able to place an order until the Friday before due to a family funeral the same week. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. The entire time I only spoke with Dan the owner, and although only my husband was available when they dropped everything off, he said it went well. Everything I ordered came, which included chairs, rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and linens. Nothing was damaged and our white chairs were pretty clean, we did not have to wipe them down at all. We had about 130 people total the day of the wedding. All of it was secured and packaged well when it was dropped off and easy enough for us to put it all back together before they picked it up. Pickup also went well, we were not home when they came but left everything in an easy to access spot. Dan was also very accommodating as I called back and changed our order about 3 times. He was easygoing about it and did not make me feel bad for it. I also called pretty short notice, only a month before our event, and they were still able to make it all happen! Their website is outdated which made it difficult to quickly compare them with other companies, but their prices were more affordable than most. There aren't very many pictures online of what they have so I had to pretty much know what I wanted going into it. Dan didn't normally pick up right away when I would call him, but if I left a voicemail or sent an email he was then quick to get back to me which I didn't have a problem with. We are also business owners ourselves so sometimes it gets busy. Overall I recommend!

They were pretty rough looking but not a big deal once you have your fabric tablecloths over them. For the seating we rented 36 white, wooden chairs with padding, last year. They looked great. This year, we rented the white vinyl folding chairs and they were nice (just a little dirty) but the padded ones were a better choice, imo. The delivery and communication were smooth and no problems. So, I called Jerry and asked to add a tent rental to our package. Sure thing, he said, no problem. And then offered to take off the delivery charge for the other items bc we had added the tent. (Every little bit helps, and he didn't have to offer.) Thursday morning, the truck was scheduled to arrive after 11 am. At 10, I decided I need 2 additional tablecloths. Again, no problem. The truck arrived as promised, and the guys got our tent up and tables delivered promptly and carefully---the linen tablecloths arrived already pressed and on hangers with plastic covers. Nice touch, much appreciated (who wants to be ironing the day of the party). Pick up was prompt as well. When you're planning a party, it's a job just to manage the details.
