Borussia is my favorite restaurant in the northern part of Cebu. Everytime Im in the Catmon area I always stop by for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Their food is always good and delicious. The owner is always very warm and welcoming, a very nice lady. The dining area faces her beautiful garden which gives it a very homey feeling. Their staff is also very knowldgeable and helpful. This place is so relaxing and peaceful. The food is amazing. Trust me I travel a lot and their sausages are surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend this place. It's also a great stop if you are traveling up north. When you pull in, it has the feel of Tuscany. The owners take pride in their business and property.
