I had people that were too busy to do it and others that were asking a small fortune. The finished product was as priced and the paint finish was top notch and blended into the existing color great! I got top dollar when selling the car because it looked so good after Hi Tech's work on it. The clear coat finish on the hood and top of the Honda Odyssey was trashed from sun and poor quality paint used by Honda that year. Looked good as new when I picked it up. My car's original paint was severely faded and peeling, so I wasn't expecting a show-quality finish. After two minor accidents in less than six months, plus an unrelated power window issue that started before the second accident, I can't say enough good things about James and everyone at Mr. Cool's Collision. From the very first interaction, the whole team made a stressful situation feel manageable. They were warm, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with, and both repairs were finished ahead of schedule. Each time I picked up my car, it looked fantastic - clean, restored, and like nothing had ever happened. What really set them apart, though, was what happened months later. About eight months after my second repair, I was still dealing with the power window problem. Since it had nothing to do with collision work, James could have easily brushed it off and sent me elsewhere. Instead, he took the time to track down the issue and made sure my windows were working again. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it meant a lot. After a bad experience at a chain auto repair shop, this level of honesty, care, and accountability was an enormous relief. If you're a woman who's ever felt dismissed or has been taken advantage of when it comes to repairs, you probably know exactly how much that matters. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation of needing collision repairs, I highly recommend Mr. Cool's Collision.

I've lived in the area for about 10 years and have used Hardin Valley Body Shop on a few occasions for myself and family. The work has always been excellent. This repair was different because it was on a pristine truck I bought new and kept in showroom condition--no scratches or blemishes prior to the wreck. I've attached before-and-after photos for reference. The results exceeded my expectations: the truck was restored not just to pre-accident condition, but to the same flawless state it was in the day I drove it off the lot. The repairs were precise, and the detailing was outstanding--every inch of the truck was immaculate. They could easily run a top-tier detail service on the side. The staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused. It felt like they were working directly for me rather than just following insurance directives. If you're ever in need of collision repair in this area, Hardin Valley Collision is one of the best options you'll find--high-quality work, thorough attention to detail, and a helpful team. Highly recommended.
