I used this firm one time, and never again…read more I found them to be slow, unresponsive and it took several revisions to get my business tax returns filed, the last state tax return had to be physically mailed on the very last day for lodgement in spite of Rosillo & Associates having had the raw data for months. And despite claimed expertise in preparing other state tax returns, I had a revised assessment that cost me thousands of dollars. When I telephoned and emailed the firm's principal to ask him whether he could review that assesment I received.... no response.

The food was brought out cold. It took us a good five minutes to track her down to tell her that the food was cold. She said she would replace it the manager came to apologize. I told Jessica to bring me a to go container so that I could heat it up in the microwave at home and she didn't even apologize. I came here by recommendation of my dad's employer to have my 2016 taxes amended. The first time I came, I walked in but was told that I needed to call after tax season for amendments because they were busy, which I totally understood. They provided me with a yellow paper with their address and number to call with an extension. I called late April using that little yellow paper and had a really hard time reaching someone to make an appointment so I tried for a couple days but my calls were not returned even when I left a voicemail. I was finally able to reach someone after 3 days. I made my appointment to amend my 2016 taxes and was told to bring in my W-2, social security card, and an ID and was given an appointment for the next week. I definitely appreciated the quick availability even though calling was a mission. I showed up to my appointment early and was asked to fill out a paper and provided my documents once completed. Katheryn was incredibly helpful and explained everything very well and walked through the process with me. I left happy and feeling accomplished. Well I got a call an hour later because my the IRS rejected my information and she asked if I had already submitted my taxes. I stated that yes I had and that I thought she knew that I had wanted an amendment cause I had stated it making my appointment. She stated that I had to tell/remind them that at the appointment so I was a little upset about that. I was going to set up an appointment so I could come back and she could speak with me about the changes but I do not have the time to come back and ended up completing the amendment myself because I was able to figure out what was wrong and what I needed to do. It gets 3 stars because it's a good option to have especially since it's free financial services, even if the experience was eh.
