And, there is also an outdoor patio located off the lobby bar with plenty of seating. There is also one restaurant on the floor directly below the lobby, with a large patio. The location is conveniently located. Rooms are small and traditional but nothing out of the ordinary for a city like Assisi. Beds were not terribly comfortable but the daily housekeeping was on point.
The only reason I didn't give five stars is the in-room AC -- inadequate to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, given the very hot weather during our July visit. Didn't sleep well as a result.
