She was quick to tell me that they accepted my insurance. Four months later, she tells me that they do NOT take my insurance and I am going to have to pay the full amount. Bait and switch? Not sure. But I will be more on top of this next time. In the end, we struck a deal over the final bill and cut ties. I would go back, but if I do, I would ask many more questions.
