While it's not the best I've had thus far in my time in the UK (that honor belongs to The Cherub in Dartmouth) it was probably #2 on the list. Much like the fish and chips, it was more food than I could come close to eating in one sitting, but really excellent quality. The gravy was very flavorful and worked well with all the veggies on the plate. It's surprising but nice to have table service in an old pub like the Fisherman's Arms and the place has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I think this is a little more expensive than your average Sunday pub roast, but with the service I think it was worth it.
