Exquisite. Extraordinary. Exceptional. Unbelievable. You will get the surprise of your life. Also the restaurant next door is equally amazing. Incredible property in incredible setting with perfect owner 100%. We shall return. Bernadette the owner also has an older couple with an amazing home for sale directly with the older owners for €150,000 just in case you never want to leave this ancient borgo with only 30 residents. This property also gets the highest marks in all of Italy for strongest water pressure in the shower. Swimming pool perfect. Just like everything else !!!!!!! I could write for days about this amazing place but go see for yourself. Drop whatever you are doing and reserve this place so you too can swim in the pool under the 208 year old oak tree!!! BorgoCuore è il risultato di un armonioso recupero conservativo di una parte dell'antico castello di Ilci ,una delle 37 frazioni di Todi, tra le verdi colline dell'Umbria, cuore verde d'Italia. Si tratta di 5 unità, 3 suites e 2 case, ciascuna con ingresso indipendente, riscaldamento autonomo, cassetta di sicurezza, completamente arredate nel rispetto delle tradizioni locali. Ogni casa (45 metri quadri circa) può ospitare da 2 a 4 persone ed è composta da camera con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con caminetto e divano letto, angolo cottura. Tutte le unità sono autonome e indipendenti per dare libertà al vostro soggiorno e sono disposte intorno al giardino privato con piscina estiva e vista sulla valle. Potrete nuotare al centro del borgo e godere cosi di una magica vista sul campanile, sulle case di Ilci e sulle valli umbre, ricche di torri medievali e cipressi, da una prospettiva unica.
