So far my experience is they seem willing to help with a tough case all the top25 attorneys in all of California don't want to touch once it got rough. With the exception of Dan Hegwer who is a to attorney firm in Northern Cali. However he was also impossible to reach when I wanted to talk and constantly made me feel like once they signed me they could just ignore me. I found myself arguing my own issues with work comp even though once I had an attorney I shouldn't even need to deal with Gallagher Bassett (work comp). So I FIRED them. Looks like Janine Parmer will be handling my case and hopefully she's not the person being referred to in all the 1 star reviews that's unorganized and afraid of defense counsel and or the idea of arguing in court. I need an attorney that's ready to be Predator not prey. But attorneys like many other professions can get better and or come into their time. I've seen many a great chef, race car driver, artist, fighter etc. Start off timid and or not that impressive and firm up and polish up over time. So even if she was off in 2022 she might be coming into her zone in 26. If needed I'll fire everyone again. Handle QME myself and I've got a half dozen top firms from that top25 list still texting and emailing and trying to walk me through handling this myself while they await to see if Dr's go my way. THEN THEY'LL WANT to send contracts again to sign me. I just don't want to share any $$$ and or give any business to a firm that i don't feel EARNED their keep and or was there for their client when the client felt they needed and or wanted help. So I PURPOSELY went looking for someone HUNGRY enough to take the case when things are questionable and looking ROUGH. That's the kind of firm that deserves clients provided they also can do the work and most importantly PERFORM when the time comes. Court is much more about being good at facts and debate and performance Sadly then it ever is about justice. So you need a good actor like Broadway. We shall see if I've found one (hopefully)... So far office staff has been polite and diligent and timely and though I've never talked with Roy himself my attorney Janine Parmer sounded intelligent and firm and to the point. I'll HOPE for the best.
