Although my particular debts were outside of his expertise (private and federal student loans specifically) he was very kind and took the time to meet with me on a Saturday which really helped because I work 9-5 M-F. He was very prompt and clear answering our questions over email regarding timing, costs, etc. Then, when my family met with him for the free consultation, they said they were very impressed and gratified by how incredibly nice and knowledgeable he was.
