I am someone who only wants to drink iced coffee and I've found I have more limited options when in Cabo Rojo vs. at home in NYC. Estratos has been my saving grace each time, always delivering an awesome iced latte (and they even have flavors, if you are feelin' like treating yourself to something sweet). On the food side, I've only had their food once, but it was great. I believe their menu rotates, but you're sure to get something tasty here. I'm looking forward to trying it again soon. Best of all, their team is always so friendly and helpful - even inviting us back when they hear we're in town for a few days. This is one place I know I'll be visiting every single time I'm in town!

The Italian sausage with elote was honestly life changing. The entire table was fighting over both dishes. The sausage was tender, the peppers were sweet, and the jus was super flavorful. The elote was crunchy, creamy, savory, and was a nice contrast to the sausage. The pulled pork tacos were also amazing with a cilantro cream that truly knocked our socks off.
