For what it is everything seems a little over priced but they have a nice selection of beers and wine and they often cut deals if your spending a lot. The only way you can really judge a local off license is by its deals, and to be honest the deals here are never all that ground breaking, maybe the odd offer but i doubt they can go too low without being destroyed and made homeless by Te cos. Staff are good guys and the shop is well looked after. Worth a visit if your local!

It is hard to go into great depth about it; they sell most of my essential food stuffs (Pot Noodles, Haribo Tangfastics and salted pistachios) and are open at hours when supermarkets have shut. If I were going to get critical, I'd perhaps say that the lighting concept is a bit harsh and the windows are too cluttered with posters for my liking. There are can sometimes be some interesting local young fellows lurking outside with their Staffordshire Bull Terriers - the cuteness of the dogs and the ridiculous tiny scooters make up for any sense of menace.

The stock available at this particular shop is unrivaled by many if any around this Halesowen/Blackheath area. Not only do they have large amounts of drink at their disposal, they also sell the majority of it in bulk, with numerous crates being made a much worth purchase than say four or eight. The policy there makes Drink Stop the ideal destination if you were to be having a party or if you were in need of large amounts of beer/wine, fast. The friendly staff there are always accommodating and even give you a hand carrying your heavy load out to the car, which is always a plus. The deals are plastered across the window, in what make seem tacky to some, but genius to others.
