When it is busy they tend to utilise the till right at the front of the store away from the pharmacy for those not needing anything from the pharmacy. They have a small section of make up and skin care but the basics are usually there and they have all the same offers as the bigger stores, and I have found when no 17 or no 7 give away freebies with purchases this store has them in stock more than the larger ones.
