The Pharmacy has two levels, disabled access is good as it has escalators but also a lift. I have always found that the tills are always manned, meaning, minimum waiting time in the queue. The chemist staff is always very knowledgeable and will advise on what medicine to take if you are unsure as to what you may need. The location of this Boots is great as it is right in the Town centre, situated opposite Crawley Train and main Bus Stations. The staff is friendly and as I mentioned before, there are loads of products which includes perfumes, aftershaves, etc. Another good point is that there are staff available on site to give you advise on perfumes, make up, etc.

My one piece of advice would be, if you see a bargin, grab it while you can as it may not be there next time you go. There is a small car park attached to store but this is often full, there is a council pay and display carpark just across the road. A shop well worth popping into regularly to spot a bargin or two.

Though I noticed some of the fragrances had some decent pricing that was comparable to online prices. The selection of goods is pretty extensive as it includes cosmetics, fragrances, liquor and souvenir foods. There is more than one World Duty Free store in Terminal 5. I saw a satellite store at Terminal 5B and the prices were slightly different. For the best selection, I would recommend shopping at the main store in Terminal 5 unless you are already at one of the satellite terminals already and don't want to backtrack.
