The store has great disabled access, and upon entering the store you will see a great perfume counter on the left handside, they have a great selection and they are at really good prices. They are very efficient and very quick, although this gets a lot busier than others, they have a good system, with a ticket machine with teh numbers printed on, but due to it being in the centre of town, most people hand in the prescriptions and then do some shopping. they sell most things you would expect from a chemist/pharmacy, toiletries, smellies, combs, medicines etc etc, but then they sell more for eg, pushchairs, baby items, perfumes, aftershaves, medical equipment especially mobility items. Great service, great staff, quality products on offer and a great range of additional services they offer such as weighing machine, blood pressur and cholestrial testing.

Had to go pick up an eye patch as well as some other personal health items and so my brother took…read moreme to this Boots pharmacy located near his house. There was plenty of parking available and the store itself was very bright, clean and with wide aisles. However it was hard to find stuff cause they only had x3 (yep only three!!!) boards hanging from ceiling providing information on what is located in which aisle. I finally stood in line at the register to request help to find the eyepatch (it was located behind the prescriptions desk!). I The lack of staff floating around, available to help was obvious, and in my opinion, something this pharmacy should look to rectify. But overall received good service, and once found a staff member, they gave us directions to all the aisles where things I needed were located, so my shopping then went by quickly. I have quite bad eczema and so I have many prescriptions, and I always find the boots at Gallagher…read moreretail park the best, not only are they better stocked than some others in Rugby I have used in the pasted but the main pharmist is really great, she rarely has a nil stock or lack of stock on any of my items, but if she does, she always goes out of her way to make sure she gets my items in a quick as possible, to be honest I have never ever not had the item the very next day. They provide a loverly service aswell, when you are just buying over the counter stuff and really do recommend the best products whether that's boots own or other brands, and she even tells me which is the cheapest option to go for. I must say that the boots the chemist in my opinion is much better than any of the others in rugby and does fefinatly provide a great and effiecent service, I like the fact that you can go browsing in the store while they complete your prescription, especially if you are like me and have very large prescriptions.

The store is really well laid out, and they sell a variety of toiletries, small gifts, make up and perfume etc. The main pharmicist, mrs mistry is really sweet, she always has a huge smile on her face and is always ready to help with any queries or questions you may have. they also provide lots of other services like prescription reordering, deliveries, blood pressure testing, emmergency contreception etc etc.
