Kortney is so well paced, knowledgeable, and engaging! There were great learning activities, group projects and workshop moments that were thoughtfully implimented. The space is beautiful and peaceful with many close restaurants to meet up and go out with the other moms and babies before or after group. I did the newborn group and all babies were grouped within a few weeks of each other. Now my baby is 7 months old and I still connect with our group chat weekly to share wins, ask for recommendations, and connect with our cohort. If you are on the fence about investing in this group, you absolutely should sign up. It was a great way to build my confidence in taking my baby out on my own and all the women encouraged me to feel confident in becoming a mother for the first time! It is…read moresomething I am very interested in, as I want my little girl to grow up feeling confident and happy, and believe in her ability to do just about anything. The session was lovely. We were a group of 7 mothers, and the feeling was intimate and friendly, even though I didn't know all the women that participated. During the session Lital explained what can harm our child's self esteem and gave us plenty of day-to-day examples. She gave us great tools and explained how to communicate with our children better, and make them feel more confident and believe in themselves. This has been a month ago and I still use these tools on a daily basis. I can't wait for the next session.

We ended up going to her clinic to seek advice for the flat spot and feeding issues. Each session was incredibly informative! She taught us how to do a swaddle with a bolster to help improve my baby's head shape, gave us pointers on breast feeding techniques, identified my baby's tongue/lip/cheek ties impacting her latch, and strategies to help with rolling and tension release. After her guidance with one session we were immediately seeing improvements! I couldn't be happier to endorse Wayz to Play for your family!
