The woman suggested maybe the bra didn't fit right to which I replied, "you fitted me for it." And then she suggested maybe I shouldn't move around as much. Wait, WHAT?!!? She had asked me if I wanted my receipt in the bag. Before I purchased, I asked her if I could exchange due to some of the items were my daughter's and I was not sure they would fit her. She said yes as long as I exchanged from the same area. I left, brought them home and looked at the receipt, and it was not itemized. I tried to figure out the tax but it did not add up to 159.01. My daughter tried on the clothes and some did not fit so I returned today to exchange them. I picked out the items to exchange. I said by the way can I get an itemised receipt for yesterday? She said no and that she did not have time to do it. I said it would not take to long, we can itemise and figure out the tax. She was getting belligerent, and said I don't have time for this! I said it would only take 5 minutes, and she said I want you leave this store now! I think now I was ripped off, and all I want an itemised receipt. my purchase was 41.00, 41.00, 39.00, 50% off for 12.47 and 40% off for 13.17 as it will state on the register. I believe this is not good customer service and this is not right. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager because this was unbelievable to me, she said she was the manager and my sister is the owner. I believe this is very bad customer service, and I feel violated.

Rolled, packed, stuffed and kept everything in my suit to make it easy to keep up with. Well, got to Tulsa and unloaded the trunk got to hotel room.......had the shoes in the duffle bag .....nooooo garment bag !!!! It's 6pm on a Thursday and the memorial was 11am on Friday morning. I immediately looked online to find a suit spot and came across Fashion Fever. I went to settle on black slacks and a shirt/tie to coordinate. Explained to Roger what was going on and he suggested a complete 2 piece suit for $60 to address my needs. That was what I needed and it got me out of a jam.
