(Bristol TN Pinnacle location) June 2025, I called Josh (GM) on Saturday as I was over charged by 20.00, on a pair of shoes.. he was kind said bring receipt.. they would fix it anytime... well Sunday took receipt, employee refused my spouse the return of 20.00.... brings receipt back to truck... so I go in explain that Josh told us all we need is receipt, well I'm recovering from the new Covid strain... 6 weeks out that effects your voice box ... for months.. Dalton an employee when I start talking laughed as he is turning circles with his feet like a ballerina .. drinking a little pink drink. I can't make this up... Anytime I speak he burst out laughing, so another girl picks up receipt and goes to back well then here comes two girls, I said someone needs to call Josh again, Dalton... starts laughing.. so I say Dalton whats so funny... you can tell ... he was stunned I confronted him... young adults I can tell is not used to being face to face when there called out. I was laughing about something in my mind.. well Dalton grow up and go to the back and do your ballerina dances.. laughing... and drinking a drink! It was like it was being ran by 3 year old Toddlers who had never been confronted... finally girl in blue calls Josh and I get my money back ! Humiliating and embarrassing.. this was loud and infront of other customers... yes he was making fun of me... and he smarted off.... I'll filed a complaint with customer care and today I'm calling corporate office! As I was walking out, this older lady said mam' I first didn't hear her.... She said mam' I turned around! She said he was making fun and laughing at your voice ... I said oh I know he was... she said I want you to know I just left 400.00 of shoes laying back there ... she said that's a kid that needs to grow up! ... I said yes mam' I said he humiliated me infront of everyone.. she said your right... just wanted to tell ya... I said thank you and left ! I'm in shock that we have in turn started making fun of people and treating them like crap... on Saturday we spent 300.00 at that store... for our yearly shoes we buy! What winners Josh has working for him..... no sorry this happened nothing she handed my money back and didn't say a word! Sad sad sad... someone really needs to get on training at this store even if that means letting all employees go and starting over !

Class is never outdated. The second is, the selection; although not extensive is likely to have everything you'll need in the basics. If it's not there, you probably don't need it in this area of the country. I was so upset. Christmas gift=ruined. I complained to them and after several days, they sent a return label and said they would send the proper pair and sent a refund. I thought this was pretty nice of them... until the proper pair never arrived, and they said they thought I had returned them and refused to send them. They offered me a 10% discount for future purchases... Um, no thanks, I'll never buy anything from this place again and advise you not to either, unless you're fond of mismatched slippers, or orders that never arrive.
