Service is absolutely horrible. You have to look for the workers. Most found standing talking. Forget asking about products sold they have absolutely no ideal. Anna at the service counter was the rudest I have encountered. Will not spend another dime here. read more

Only saw one employee wearing a mask and she had it pulled down below her nose - even while standing close to me while helping me find boots on the shelf. I left and ordered the boots online. read more

I came into Boot Barn to purchase some work boots and was looking to spend between $200- $300. The sales lady was nice but while waiting on me she left me to wait on others in the store so I left. read more

Overpriced, limited selection & waited to check out (with no other customers in the store by the way) so long that we left the merchandise on the counter and left! Won't be going back and spending money there. read more

It has an old-school diner feel similar to Pitt Grill, but smaller (since it's connected to a drug store and all). The breakfast food is fantastic, especially the egg, ham and cheese sandwich, hash browns, grits and bacon. The lunch menu includes things like meat loaf, red beans and rice and chicken fried steak. They also have special items every day of the week. Everything is made right in front of you--sort of like a down home Subway--so you know it's freshly cooked. They also take orders over the phone. The staff is pretty friendly as well.
