Treat there employees like crap and no room for advancement and manipulate schedules not reflecting…read moreholiday pay sales quotas are down because there is not enough costumer flow in Alexandria mall most of the stores are closed and then if your on time professional and show up every day it doesn't matter you will get fired because they don't have the customer traffic flow they are heartless and not family oriented for there employees and put schedules out last minute also pay will be reduced if traffic flow is low and you will face termination regardless of being there for the company or not and giving your all. This location is a terrible company.
