Well, at least it looks nice in their brochures and online advertising. I went in last month and asked for an appointment. I was told the person who does barbering was on vacation. So I tried again this month, and was told the same thing. The staff told me that only one person does the service for both the shop in Chatelet and the Marais, and that person apparently doesn't work very often. I tried a difference service, and the person was 45 minutes late. The man next to me said his appointment was more than an hour late and he was thinking of walking out. When I finally had my session it was okay. But, sorry, this is all just too unprofessional and wasted too much of my time.

Based on a personal recommendation, I chose the DHI method at Lutetia in Paris and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The procedure itself took the better part of 6 hours, but the people at the clinic made the experience about as pleasant as I imagine is possible. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff pampered me from start to finish. They were professional yet very warm and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and reassure my concerns. The clinic itself is discretely located and is impressive in terms of presentation, decor, and amenities. There are plenty of little touches that made the experience very comfortable (on demand TV, quality sound system for my personal playlist, a variety of supports for the bed, different lunch options, etc.). There was even a private space for me whenever I needed or wanted a break. After the procedure, I was given a post-procedure package which provided a clear and concise set of instructions for the following weeks with a variety of care products. When I bumped my head rather badly a couple of days after the procedure, I called the contact number included in this package and the team at Lutetia received me immediately (despite it being rather late in the night). This level of customer service does not go unnoticed or un-thanked. So with that I reiterate my thanks to all of the wonderful Lutetia team for your tender love and care! In terms of results, I'm only three weeks in so it's hard to judge. That said, the implants have stayed put. I'm told this is a very good sign as the real growth will start three months post-procedure. In any case, things are clearly better than before the procedure and no one has been able to tell where the implants end and my original hairline begins. I will follow up on this post in the coming months as things develop.

The disposable bottoms don't cover much. *Be prepared to be horrified by how much dead skin you're in possession of. They're going up get all of it. *This appears to be a popular spot for ladies to come together so I was probably one of the only solos - a little awkward. *I did the Prestige package and it was WORTH IT. *They give you a comb & have hair dryers do you can make yourself presentable after. *Everyone is seriously the nicest. Honestly, Paris airport isn't the most inviting place, so I wanted to take a moment to relax here before facing the airport's frenzy. The spa is pretty exclusive, and I felt completely safe with the staff. While there might be some binary individuals, the environment is designed to make everyone feel at ease. You can enjoy your privacy, and the massage and other services are incredibly comforting when you need some time alone. My French isn't perfect, but I managed well, and they were very accommodating.
