And no pain! They also adjusted the price to reflect the fact that after over 30 years there's far less to do. They didn't have to do that. Very generous. Well, at least it looks nice in their brochures and online advertising. I went in last month and asked for an appointment. I was told the person who does barbering was on vacation. So I tried again this month, and was told the same thing. The staff told me that only one person does the service for both the shop in Chatelet and the Marais, and that person apparently doesn't work very often. I tried a difference service, and the person was 45 minutes late. The man next to me said his appointment was more than an hour late and he was thinking of walking out. When I finally had my session it was okay. But, sorry, this is all just too unprofessional and wasted too much of my time.

They speak English and are very friendly/patient with answering any questions you might have. They're more than reasonably priced and have a price list available online as well. I was able to book several appointments fairly easily. The esthetician and Dr were both highly accommodating and were very good about explaining the procedures. The Dr. was incredibly kind and honest about what I needed. I felt that I was in great, experienced hands and loved that he was on the conservative side of things. Less is more! Highly recommend to any visitors and/or expats! They also have tattoo removal and laser hair removal at this location, although I've yet to try these out.

After several years of deliberation, about three weeks ago I decided to undertake a hair implant…read moreprocedure in an attempt to recover some of my receding hairline (gulfs and crown). Based on a personal recommendation, I chose the DHI method at Lutetia in Paris and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The procedure itself took the better part of 6 hours, but the people at the clinic made the experience about as pleasant as I imagine is possible. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff pampered me from start to finish. They were professional yet very warm and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and reassure my concerns. The clinic itself is discretely located and is impressive in terms of presentation, decor, and amenities. There are plenty of little touches that made the experience very comfortable (on demand TV, quality sound system for my personal playlist, a variety of supports for the bed, different lunch options, etc.). There was even a private space for me whenever I needed or wanted a break. After the procedure, I was given a post-procedure package which provided a clear and concise set of instructions for the following weeks with a variety of care products. When I bumped my head rather badly a couple of days after the procedure, I called the contact number included in this package and the team at Lutetia received me immediately (despite it being rather late in the night). This level of customer service does not go unnoticed or un-thanked. So with that I reiterate my thanks to all of the wonderful Lutetia team for your tender love and care! In terms of results, I'm only three weeks in so it's hard to judge. That said, the implants have stayed put. I'm told this is a very good sign as the real growth will start three months post-procedure. In any case, things are clearly better than before the procedure and no one has been able to tell where the implants end and my original hairline begins. I will follow up on this post in the coming months as things develop.
