The smoothies for booster juice are pretty much the same as at other locations. Nothing too special about them, but I just have to give a shoutout to the staff. For the longest time, I had no idea what this place was called - my colleagues and I would fondly…read morerefer to it as "that random juice bar by King Station." This unassuming, plain, often-overlooked space doesn't have the sleek, modern look so many Financial District storefronts have. Instead, it gets down to business - whipping up fresh juices and smoothies. Note that this place doesn't really have large signage (or any major signage, really) so people don't usually know what it's actually called. Look for it right beside Mos Mos coffee, right across from Bite Bar, and just steps away from the Commerce Court food court. I've had a variety of their vegetable juices whenever the need to be healthy strikes me (which isn't often, and probably should occur more than it actually does!). The Fresh V8 is super gingery but delicious. I've also had the Stress Reliever (because, sometimes you need that!), the Flu Fighter, and the Eye Opener. All of it was very fresh and healthy-tasting - but not to the point that it tastes so healthy it ends up tasting like grass. It was whipped together just right and ends up being so delicious and refreshing. This place doesn't have fancy contraptions or boast the latest and greatest technology - but they do fresh and delicious just right, so if you're ever in the Financial District and craving a cheap but healthy option, consider this spot! Also, note: cash or debit only.

Today, after a big workout at the Rutherford location, I was looking forward to grabbing a Booster Juice. According to both Google and the store's door, they open at 7:00 AM, but by 7:15 AM, the store was still closed. This seems to be a recurring issue, and it's frustrating when you're relying on advertised hours.

Since I didn't have time for lunch that day, I decided to take advantage of the deal. I recalled that years ago, the GC purchase was much lower, and just last year, it was $25, so the value wasn't as high as before. Nevertheless, the smoothies remain consistently good and quick oh matter which location I went to (Pearson airport, other malls etc). My favourite is the 'Mind Over Matcha,' a blend of matcha, blueberries, and whey protein. If you're not fond of tart smoothies, I highly recommend this one. It's become my go-to whenever I visit Booster Juice, albeit on rare occasions. Update: Since I got a gift card, I decided to join their membership app (free) to collect points. 150 pts score you a free smoothie and I'm already well on my way to collecting enough points for a free one. It's about $1 per pt. Totally optional but if you want, you can use my referral, JAE2YUYU2622 for extra pts when you make your account.

He gave us a sample cup with the boba "balls" to try, which was quite nice :) Food: The food was made quickly and was one of the best drinks I've had from anywhere in the area. Suggestion: Personally, I got the Raspberry Lemonade with Strawberry Boba Pieces, it was very good and refreshing, as the name suggests. Ambiance: The seating area is usually quite busy and loud due to all the hungry shoppers in the Toronto Preimum Outlets but at no fault of this restaurant itself. My suggestion is to get this at the end of your shopping, especially if it is cold out that day and drink it in your car. But, if it is warm then it is perfectly fine to walk around with it. Options: There are many great options on their menu, Vegetable juices, Fruit juices, Boba with Tapioca, and their popular Sugar Cane water (yet to try). Each of these categories include a variety of flavours which all look very delicious. Thanks for reading my review!
