My only concern is that, whenever I get my chosen drink, staff seem to not really ask and care about my choice of booster in the smoothie which results to me not receiving it in the drink. I've been going here multiple times and only found out recently about the complimentary booster choice in the drink through a friend. Never have I been asked by staff by it. PHOTOS ATTACHED -- A WARNING TO EVERYONE…read more This company is an absolute disgrace. I bought several of their juices, packaged in flimsy glass bottles with cheap metal caps. When I tried to open one, the bottle was already broken. As my attached photos show, I ended up with a deep, bloody cut from shattered glass -- and the metal cap sliced my finger open as well. I immediately contacted the company, took legal advice, and gave them a chance to make it right. They ignored my calls and emails like the disgraceful company they clearly show. Eventually, they offered me a pathetic $150 gift card, which I accepted just to see what they would do next. Predictably, they sent me the same dangerous products -- more defective glass bottles and metal caps, knowing full well they had already caused injuries. Even worse, they have plastic options for other products -- meaning they know glass is unsafe but continue to risk people's health anyway. Their customer service is non-existent, their attitude is disgusting, and their "solution" shows they don't care about anything except squeezing money from customers. These bottles are not only dangerous but ridiculously hard to open. Imagine an elderly person struggling and getting hurt -- because this company refuses to do the right thing. I will be posting my experience everywhere until as many people as possible are warned. This company has zero integrity and zero respect for its customers. If you value your health and safety, stay far, far away.
