She said that I could get 2 of these watches Free + a reasonable monthly fee+ *Insurance that she said I could drop in *3 months. Turns out these watches DO NOT signal for 911 when you fall. I had a bad fall & it didn't call 911. Our Monthly T-Mobile bill has doubled randomly with multiple charges of $1. Spoke to a Supervisor who said it would take $700+ to pay the balance for the 2 "free watch phones" or she said, "Maybe you could sell them online". To say that T-MOBILE has had a serious decline in the 14 years we've had them is an understatement. Calling their Corporate office in "Bellevue, Washington today. T-MOBILE is not a member of BBB, however their complaint rating is " 1.83 in negative ratings of which they have thousands. "If something seems to good to be True.. it is probably NOT True. I did not have an appointment for the Genius Bar, but the guy in the front took my info down, and told me it would only be about half an hour. I wandered off, and in about 10 minutes, I received notice that my appointment was ready. The guy helping me was super thorough and knowledgeable. He confirmed what I already knew - that my iPad needed to be replaced with a new one. Fortunately, I could get a trade in amount of $190, so that helped substantially with purchasing a new one. The apple "genius" (maybe Andrew?) ordered my new iPad mini, went and got it, took my payment, deactivated my old one, set up my new one, and scrubbed the old one. Altogether it took less than an hour and I was on my way, easy peasy. I don't use their services often, but it's nice that they are available if I need to.

Within 4-5 days of normal use (the phone was never dropped or damaged), the glass developed cracks. For comparison, $9 multi-packs from Amazon typically last us months without issues. Then the real frustration began. The store told us the warranty is not handled by Apple but by Belkin. That means filling out a lengthy online form, waiting nearly a month for processing, then another week for shipping. It has now been almost two months since purchase, and we've been walking around with a brand-new phone covered by a cracked screen protector. Extremely overpriced, disappointing durability, and a warranty process that is slow and impractical. I would not recommend buying these screen protectors at the Apple Store. Ordering from Amazon is far cheaper and far less hassle.

Perfecto, ¿no? If I could give T-Mobile 0 stars, I would without hesitation. I've been trying to close an account for FIVE months, and all I've received is disorganization, lies, and a complete lack of respect for customers. First, I put the account on suspension and was told I would only be charged $10 per month. Everything seemed fine... until February, when I received an outrageous $296 bill. I went in person to a store, paid EVERYTHING they told me to, and was clearly assured that my account was fully closed and that I didn't owe anything else. Sounds good, right? Well, no. Two months later--March and now April--I get another bill for over $320. Why? No one knows. No one responds. No one fixes anything. I went to another store looking for a solution, and it was even worse. They told me they couldn't do anything, that it was "my problem," and treated us like we were a nuisance. They even told us not to come back or they would have to remove us from the premises. All of this while I was recovering from surgery. This isn't just bad service--it's customer abuse. Unjustified charges, contradictory information, and employees who have zero intention of helping. T-Mobile: your system is broken, and your customer service is a disgrace.

Every interaction feels like a stressful nightmare because nothing is ever handled correctly the first time. I recently discovered I had been paying for FOUR inactive lines with no devices attached for nearly three years. Then when I called to disconnect those lines, Verizon somehow disconnected MY actual phone number instead while still trying to keep hotspot charges on my account. The constant hidden fees, billing mistakes, activation charges, and "upgrade fees" on supposedly "free" phones are beyond ridiculous. Why is a customer of nearly three decades still being charged activation and upgrade fees? Meanwhile, my daughter switched to T-Mobile, paid zero activation fees, zero upgrade fees, kept her phone, and her bill was exactly what she was promised. Imagine that... honesty and competent customer service. Verizon clearly no longer values loyalty, because long-term customers are treated like walking wallets instead of valued customers.
