Omg!! I'm shocked by the lack of efforts put forward by the Coldwater Boost store. First of all, the store phone doesn't work nor hasn't worked for the past 9 months. Therefore, any questions or concerns, you'll need to visit the store personally. The manager, Allison, has mislead me numberous times. First with the warranty for phones, never said anything about the $175 deductible for my $200 phone. After my phone broke I was told I would have to pay $175 to have it replaced. I told Alyson to cancel my warrantee "insurance" and it was and it was never done. Therefore I had to pay a Nother seven dollars for this warrantee that covered nothing. Also ask Alyson to change the pin code on my phone to something I could remember, was never done. The employees at the store and the district manager suck! Save your money and Buy a Verizon card and a phone at Walmart! You'll be out better off in the long run! read more
