My daughters phone was taken off the installment plan. My wife's watch wouldn't connect up to her phone. We went back a few times over the watch. The last time the guy tried to sell her a new watch (the one she had was free with the trade in of her old one). Then while I was on my way (30 min away) he went to lunch. Went to lunch and left a customer they had been helping standing there. We sat at the table for at least another 30 minutes, while every employee in the place sat on their collective butts and played on their phones. Then my wife had enough and went off having to ask for help. At that point they looked at each other, no one moved and one person finally came forward, reluctantly. She did try to help us but was very rude. While she was helping us the original person my wife talked to, walked back in the store and never gave us a second glance. Never came over to make sure we were being taken care of or anything, just ignored us. Guess he didn't care since he couldn't make a sale anyway. She didn't talk to us casually while we waited for things to happen on the phone and watch, though I tried to make friendly conversation. She seemed very concerned about making sure we gave her a good review though. Do not go to this store. They are lazy and don't want to help customers unless it's a simple, quick fix or they make a sale.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…read more I took my phone here to be repaired after the screen cracked. They replaced the screen and I paid over 300.00. Four days later the screen was completely black. I took the phone back in and it was replaced, as expected, at no cost. Six weeks later my screen started to develope the same problem the other had in four days. It started turning black. I took it back again and was told that their supplier had refused a warranty on the first one so this one was my problem. When I pay 300.00+ dollars to get a phone fixed I don't expect the repair center to tell me they have problems getting their supplier to honor a warranty for them and it's now my problem. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE DOES NOT PRETEND TO WANT REPEAT BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
