I've visited this location many times, and every single time Nicholas has been consistently kind, courteous, and professional. His patience is extraordinary -- no matter how many questions I've had, he has always taken the time to make sure I leave completely satisfied. Salespeople like Nicholas are rare. He represents AT&T with integrity and genuine care for customers, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. I've been an AT&T customer for over 20 years and visited many different locations, but by far, Nicholas has been the best representative I've ever worked with. He told me the wait time was an hour then changed it to maybe an hour or a little more. I was back in an hour and was told gonna be 30 to 40 minutes more. I couldn't wait that long so came back 5 hours later after I confirmed on the phone that my phone was ready. I had to wait some more, for 20 minutes before I was attended to. There were 3 other customers just waiting as well. On top of that the technician said he broke the screen and didn't offer to replace. All in all a very frustrating experience.
