    To preface this review I'd like to say that our experience working with Nikki was excellent. It is…read morenow 6:15pm and my 10 year old and I have spent the better part of our day since 1pm in the store trying to get a watch to work through a phone. I'll spare you all the details but needless to say, Nikki worked really hard to try to make that happen and was gracias and accommodating, going above and beyond. When it was determined that they did not carry the phone needed for our purposes with the watch, we went to Best Buy to get one. Upon our return, Nikki was off work for the evening. This was really unfortunate for us because I have no doubt Nikki would have had us taken care of quickly. She texted me assuring me that Pete would take care of us. The manager, Pete, who had been there and witnessed all day what Nikki was trying to accomplish, said he would put us "in line" or the queue so to speak. Mind you, there are only 2 other people working. Apparently Pete's only job is to hover over these 2 employees rather than do any actual work and help a customer. I've been here this time for a half an hour watching Pete hover and essentially avoid helping us because he knows it's going to be work. My 10 year old politely asked if he could use the bathroom and was told no, he'd have to walk down to Qdoba. Given that it was pouring rain and we'd spent the better part of the day already in this store, you'd think Pete would be a little more sympathetic to my son. But he wasn't. So I walked my son down to Qdoba in the pouring down rain. Honestly if I could go elsewhere and have this done quickly I would leave but I've invested so much time at this point that I need to get it done. We are coming up on being here 45 minutes, at the top of the queue and not been helped yet. There are only 2 other customers in the store, each with a sales associate. If you must come to this At&t store ask for Nikki or Jordan. If Pete is your only option, have fun watching him helicopter over the other two employees while doing nothing useful himself. He's like white on rice with one couple because the sales associate is trying to sell them direct tv service with new phones and lines. Such excitement when someone walks in frustrated with Verizon! It's like a gold mine! Pete has the shakes and dollar signs in his eyes. Don't mind us, we've only been here nearly all day, Pete. I know the Samsung Gear S2 is of no consequence when you can "help" your sales associate sell a package sans only a kitchen sink. This guy is useless.
