I went into AT&T to get a new phone and was met with pushy, slimy sales tactics instead of actual customer service. The staff focused entirely on upselling unnecessary add-ons, avoided giving clear answers, and rushed through the important details. It felt misleading and dishonest, like they cared more about screwing me over and money in their pockets than helping a customer make the right choices. I have been on the phone with AT&T for several hours trying to clean up the mess they made. Since it has been over 14 days everyone is saying they cannot help the situation. I went back up to this store to see what their explanation was behind all of this and all he said was "I don't know, I guess it was a mistake." I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. Buying a phone should be simple, not something that feels manipulative. This experience completely destroyed my trust for AT&T. I would not recommend this AT&T store to anyone. If you value transparency and respect, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Once I could understand, twice is a bit of a problem, but after four times of the same thing you have to just accept that they are either completely incompetent or intentionally lying.

Also, watch out because they charged us for cell phone recovery service that we did not want. They will tell you your bill will be a certain amount and then when you get your bill you will be shocked. Classic bait and switch tactic. Now we are stuck until we pay our new phones off. Cannot wait to change back to Cricket.
