And, while I paid via mailed check they have an easy online payment system. I hired VR Squad to do the DJ/sound, uplighting, and Event Photography for my company's Corporate Annual Holiday Party. I like how they're a "one stop shop", when previously I've had to hire multiple different vendors to do all of these services. I like how fast they are to respond. It is clear that they do many similar events, and I would have to give them bonus points for already having worked at our event venue, because they instantly knew what equipment to bring and the room layout. Can't wait to see how the event turns out!

The night felt like a blur and seemed so short but because of having the VR Squad Photo Booth there, we'll always have the photos to look back on! The attendant literally SCREAMED at our group and said, "GET OUT! GET OUT!! GET OUTTT NOW!!!!!!" Big-eyed and bewildered, we immediately exited the photo booth feeling like we were children getting reprimanded by our parent. I understand he had an obligation to make sure the photo booth stayed in tact, but there is absolutely no need to SCREAM at a group of adults in their mid-30s and completely damper the mood of the wedding. The bride was also in the photo booth at the time, so to have one of her vendors demean her in front of her guests is unacceptable. You are in the service industry. You service people. Have a little more dignity in the way you speak to your customers. Their booth is also so small that any group with more than five people is considered "large." My husband who is 6'2" stood as far back in the booth as possible, and the photos still cut off his entire forehead and eyebrows. Ridiculous. This could be easily fixed if they just got a better lens. Last, the photo booth only prints ONE sheet of photos and the attendant cuts them in to two strips. The attendant REFUSED to print additional prints. For all the other weddings I've attended (including my own), attendants print as many copies as the guests request. That's called customer service. If Booth 4 wants to compete in an already saturated market, they will need to step up their game.

He was communicative in each step of the planning to the day-of. Not to mention, his service was great too. I wanted to comment that because I've been to some photobooth vendors at receptions and sometimes you get a vendor that the staff is very hands off. John was always nearby. I think this is crucial especially for guests who have never used photobooths before (e,g. older folk or less tech-savy people). His packages are affordable and has many options to offer.
