He's usually groomed elsewhere every month and it's a bit of a worry as he's always nervous And a lot of groomers are a little frightened as he's a big boy. The lady was absolutely fantastic from the minute we arrived with him, fluffing around him, very confident with him and very loving, she was speaking to him and petting him, letting him smell her and making a real fuss.. which he loved!! when I picked him up he was full of beans, with the big rottie smile and bouncing.. oh he had had lots of fun !! He was singing whilst the blow drier was on.. which she found so funny !! My Bruce is my baby and so loved And I'm sure we all worry about our adored pets.. I would recommend Staines branch without any hesitation. I booked again straight away and asked where I can leave a recommendation as I'm sure for any responsible pet owner it's always good to know your loved pets are well looked after and most importantly .. happy... and so reasonably priced .. of course he had everything !!! Once finished with whatever jabs, pills, etc for your animal, you don't feel that there is a big sell at the end for you to buy more. There is parking out front for customers which is useful given the road they are on. The waiting area is big enough that you do not need to sit with 'conflicting' animals. Generally, you are seen promptly and not left hanging around too much. They are also very accommodating for the odd emergencies. Part of their service, which is very useful is texting you when it is time to give your animal their next dose of monthly pills. Also they will email you when it is time for your next annual check up. The text.... great idea!

She's extremely responsive to queries and has been accommodating to any last minute requests or times my schedule has changed unexpectedly. Most importantly, I know my dog is in great hands when he's in her care and is always in great spirits after. She's great about sending pictures and updates even on the daily walks, and adds personal touches when taking care dogs (like throwing my dog a birthday party when I unexpectedly had to go out of town!) I always know he's in great hands under her care and would highly recommend!

After an hour of driving from London, the vets is easy to find and very quaint, welcoming and with ample parking. Andrew is extremely knowledgable and examined our bulldogs and neutered them. We mentioned some other symptoms to Andrew and he said he would take a look when they are sedated. We decided to keep them at the vets overnight (optional) and delighted to say that Andrew covered everything off answered all questions and is a genuinely wonderful gentleman/vet. Whilst cost was not the concern finding someone knowledgable was we were pleasantly surprised the bill was incredible value for money. The last time we went to a vet we got a £130 bill to diagnose a cold! Andrew and everyone there thank you for looking after our dogs and thank you for making it such a great experience.
