Despite raising this concern with the office, I received no response, suggesting an implicit approval of such behavior. Therefore, I feel compelled to leave this review. Doctors should demonstrate humility and professionalism--certainly not resort to calling strangers offensive names on Instagram. Please refer to the screenshots below.
