He called him stupid, told him to stfu, Humiliating him basically. I spoke to manager on site and explained the situation. He said the man was is in the right and I wasnt present for the whole conversation. He told me the man did deserve make $1 less, the manager had no concern for what happened and said he was justified. The man looked visibly upset by the whole thing. Although, I personally didn't have services from them but if this is their level of professionalism I would never recommend their services.
